My Approach

I'm a humanistic therapist and enjoy working in different ways, you may prefer to talk through your difficulties, or engage with more creative therapeutic techniques.

In line with the holistic approach to well being, I believe that emotional distress can be expressed through a sense of confusion and stuck ness, or physically through illness.

We can work with your experience, in a way that suits your needs.

Charges

£30 to £35 per session, dependant on income. Each session lasts 50 minutes.

To Arrange an Appointment

You may be looking for short-term counselling of up to six sessions, or a more long-term commitment, we can discuss the different options when we meet.

The first session is primarily an assessment session in order to attain an overall understanding of your current difficulties, and explore the most beneficial way forward, whether that's short-term counselling or longer term psychotherapy.

My contact details can be found above, if I'm unavailable at the time you call, please leave me a message so that I can return your call as soon as feasible.
